I am searching for a new home for my two Duchshunds; Sullivan was three in July and Oliver will be three this November. They MUST go together, they are extremely bonded and cannot be broken up and as you can see from the pics, there is rarely an occasion when they are not curled up together.

My spouse and I both commute out of town and after doing this for a year the stress has become too great and now we have determined that a difficult decision has got to be made. We have not been able to commit the time or the energy that the dogs need and this makes us feel VERY guilty.

Sully and Olli are very well socialized, they do not suffer from any behavioural issues and really are no trouble; Olli (the 11 lb. red Mini Doxie) wants nothing more than to cuddle, the closer he is to his people the better. Sully (a mix of Australian Blue Heeler and Doxie) weighs in at a healthy 22 lbs. Both are in fine health, all shots and city licences are up to date. They both walk well on a leash and are more than happy to be in the car with their people. They are crate trained and go to their crates on their own accord but they do have free reign of the home when noone is home.

They are accustomed to the dog park and can hold their own despite their small stature. They are wonderful with kids (we have FOUR) and have NEVER shown anything more than complete tolerance and patience.

Dachshunds are clean, low maintainance and easy to care for, they are fun loving and comical to watch- they make me smile just watching their antics and play.

If you are interested in hearing more about the boys then I would be more than happy to tell you all about them. Serious inquiries only please, and you must be prepared to love 34 lbs of Doxie!
